Investment objective:
The investment objective is to provide exposure to the performance of European large cap equities represented by the Euro Stoxx 50® Price Return Index, seeking to offer a predefined level of downside protection (the “Buffer”) while limiting the potential positive performance over one-year periods
LAUNCH DATE: 21/5/2026
The BNP Paribas Easy European Equity Buffer (June) ETF, the first defined outcome ETF on European equities, aims to provide exposure to European large-cap equities via the EURO STOXX 50® Index, with a predefined level of downside protection (the “Buffer”) and a Cap on potential upside performance. The levels of the Buffer and Cap are set for a one-year period.

Enhanced Risk/Return Profile
The Buffer establishes a predefined risk profile, allowing more risk-averse investors to participate in market upside while limiting downside exposure.
As the Buffer aims to limit the effect of strong market declines during a predefined period, a portfolio including such product would tend to require less returns to recover after a decline.
Innovative derisking feature
Whenever a quarterly observation shows the EURO STOXX 50® Index up 23% or more, the downside options are automatically cancelled, resulting in a zero‑loss buffer and the removal of downside risk below the initial reference level, if the ETF is held until the end of the Outcome Period.

The buffer ETF does not terminate at the end of the first outcome period, instead:
If the ETF is purchased during the outcome period:
If the reference asset has moved significantly during the outcome period:
Net – After fees and expenses, excluding brokerage commissions, trading fees, taxes and extraordinary expenses not included in the Fund's management fee.
Reference Asset – The underlying index that the sub fund synthetically tracks through call and put options. All performance calculations (buffer, cap, return) are expressed relative to this underlying.
Outcome Period – The fixed one year horizon over which the strategy’s buffer and cap are currently applied.
Fund Cap – The maximum positive return the sub fund can deliver for an Outcome Period, if held for the full Target Outcome Period. The cap is set at the start of each period and limits upside participation; any gain of the Reference Asset above the cap does not increase the sub-fund’s NAV.
Buffer – The amount of downside protection the fund seeks to provide if held for the full Target Outcome Period.
Starting Reference Asset Value – The level of the Reference Asset on the first Business Day of the Outcome Period; it is the baseline for calculating the buffer band, cap level and all percentage returns.
Reference Asset Cap Value – The Reference Asset level that corresponds to the Fund Cap. When the Reference Asset reaches this value at the end of the period, the fund delivers its maximum (capped) return.
Buffer Start % – The upper edge of the buffered loss band, if held for the full Target Outcome Period. Losses up to this point are not protected.
Buffer End % – The lower edge of the buffered band, if held for the full Target Outcome Period. Losses that push the Reference Asset down from the Buffer Start to this level are fully absorbed.
Fund Value / Change (%) – NAV (or market price) of the sub fund and its percentage change since the start of the Outcome Period.
Reference Asset Value / Change (%) – The Reference Asset’s price and its percentage change since the start of the Outcome Period.
Remaining Cap (Net) – Based on the current Fund's value, the best potential return still available if held to the end of the Outcome Period, assuming the Reference Asset meets or exceeds the Reference Asset Cap Value.
Reference Asset Return to Realize the Cap – Based on the current Fund value, the return on the Reference Asset currently needed in order for the Fund to realize the return of the Remaining Cap.
Remaining Buffer (Net) – Based on the current Fund value, the amount of the Fund's stated Buffer remaining.
Downside Before Buffer (Net) – Based on the current Fund value, the amount of the Fund loss that can be incurred prior to the buffer taking effect. This loss is not absorbed by the buffer and directly reduces the fund’s NAV.
Reference Asset to Buffer End – Based on the current Fund value, the loss on the Reference Asset from its current value to the value that marks the bottom of the buffer range.
